The Airwave Band performs a wide range of music from swing to motown and rhythm & blues, to classic dance tunes and popular music. We can also provide smooth jazz background music for your cocktail or dinner set. The basic size of the band is seven pieces: keyboards, bass, drums, guitar, female and male vocals. We can add additional horns such as trumpet & tenor sax. Duos, trios, and quartets are also available for smaller parties or functions.

Dixie Karas – Dixie can sing anything from Aretha and Whitney Houston to Beyonce,Lady Gaga, Megan Traynor. and Taylor Swift. Dixie has also been heard for years on local jingles and album projects.

Walt Coleman – Walt can sing anything from Frank Sinatra, Marvin Gaye and Van Morrison to Michael Jackson, Black Eyed Peas, Bruno Mars and Pharell.

Aaron Hollows – Aaron can sing anything from The Beatles, Bon Jovi and Journey to Maroon 5, Justin Timberlake and  One Republic.

Albert Wilkerson - Albert can sing anything from Lionel Ritchie, Earth Wind & Fire  and Stevie Wonder to Prince, Daft Punk & Avichi.

Airwave also performs popular swing and easy listening music by Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, Louis Armstrong, Diana Krall, Harry Connick, Michael Buble and Norah Jones.

The Airwave Band has performed in the Cincinnati area for over 15 years, including:

• Every Wednesday night at Jeff Ruby’s Restaurant downtown since 1999

• Weekend nights at Carlo & Johnny Restaurant in Montgomery since 2000

• Private parties, including weddings, fundraisers, and corporate events.
